Welcome to The C-Suite Collective™. I am so honored to have you joining this incredible group of humans spreading light in the world. I believe together we can create more impact in people’s lives, companies and future generations of leaders.
We are a boutique agency offering holistic executive coaching and healing work for C-Suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs and their teams with an emphasis on DEIB and sustainability through vulnerability, authenticity, and love. We will work to build authority, trust, and success in the marketplace by creating a personalized, boutique experience.
We will support organizations with growth from the inside out with an emphasis on creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging. Through an in-house network of professionals leaders can trust, we will partner with people in creating generational impact, compassionate leadership and growth. No sweat, right? :)

The C-Suite Collective™ exists to equip and empower successful c-suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs, and their teams through coaching and training in order to foster culture, organizational growth, and generational impact.

WHAT WE ARE
As an executive leadership coach I saw leaders and their teams in the world under-supported, not knowing where to begin to change themselves and overwhelmed by the thought of it all. I saw leaders and teams needing a customized, variety of modalities and professional resources not just for individual professional growth, but for sustainable organizational growth.
So I took my holistic executive coaching practice and a like-minded network of professionals passionate about growing leaders from the inside out and created a one-stop-shop. I created a boutique agency offering holistic coaching programs and training with a collective of trusted professionals to support leaders and teams with everything from physical and emotional healing to DEIB training.

COMMON TERMS

LOGISTICS
Getting Clients
Once TCC secures a contract, the client will declare interest in coaches and practitioners and we will suggest strong matches for them to review and choose from. From there we will pair coaches and coachees for sample sessions. We will set up a series of three sample sessions for each coachee who will then choose their partner to move forward with. Once chosen, TCC will inform coaches of who was chosen and that coach can proceed with setting up session times. A basic agreement will be sent to the coachee, coach and TCC. If a client would like to work with a practitioner, we will reach out to cover the contract and details with you directly before hours are scheduled with the client. We ask that you be accountable for tracking your hours spent with the client as well as submitting them to TCC once a month. More to come on the system for tracking with TCC.
Getting Paid
Once you have been assigned to a client, please submit an invoice on the first day of every month to [email protected]. The C-Suite Collective will issue payment once we have received payment from the client. We aim to pay coaches and practitioners on the 5th of the month. TCC allows a grace period of three days for payment from clients. If we have not received payment at that time, we will inform you and ask you not to provide services until payment has been received.
CODE OF CONDUCT
As part of our commitment to practice what we preach, we will be incorporating elements of Brené Brown’s research and work in TCC. Below is from her BRAVING Trust research, which sets the tone for creating trust within a company culture.
Boundaries - As a collective, we will work to honor what is and what is not okay with each other. I invite you to take a look at what that means for you. For TCC this means being open and transparent with communication as well as holding to the structure we have set forth during our pilot year.
Reliability - Our expectation is that you don’t overpromise and are able to deliver on commitments as well as balance competing priorities. If you feel like you are receiving too much work from TCC, please be reliable to be in communication with us.
Accountability - We own our mistakes, apologize and make amends.
Vault - When asked to keep something confidential, the expectation is that it will remain confidential. This goes between clients and communication within our teams.
Integrity - As a collective we will choose courage over comfort, as well as practicing our values.
Nonjudgement - The collective will be a place where you can ask for what you need, and TCC can do the same. We can talk about how we feel without judgment.
Generosity - As a collective we will extend the most generous interpretation to the intentions, words, and actions of others.
CONDITIONS OF SATISFACTION FOR COMPANIES
WORKING WITH TCC
1. The C-Suites or leaders must be willing to train and receive coaching with us alongside their employees. If they already are working with coaches from another firm, great. If not, are they willing to have a conversation around doing the work?
2. They must be willing to look at a year-long approach through training, workshops, and coaching within the organization. This might be a second conversation after an initial offering is complete.
3. They must have a strong commitment to DEIB and be willing to continue growth and development in this area.
4. They must have a strong commitment to company culture.
CONDITIONS OF SATISFACTION FOR CLIENTS
WORKING WITH TCC
1. We have a minimum 6-month engagement with an option to give 30 days notice
2. There is a minimum monthly rate of $900 and three sessions per month
3. The client must be able to identify clear goals for the coaching process
4. The client must be open to three sample sessions
