We are looking to keep our connections and partnerships with other companies internal from start to finish, which includes the sales side of things. If you would like to be part of our sales team we will set you up with all the resources you need here.

🔸 Coach or Practitioner
We want you to be as involved as you want to be. If you enjoy your role as coach or practitioner then great!
🔸 Referrals
If you enjoy generating new business and would like to do so in the name of TCC and with the backing of TCC’s resources
and capacity then referrals are for you.
🔸Account Lead
You will maintain TCC’s relationship with the client as TCC’s representative and be responsible for keeping up with contract progress.

1. Availability & Pricing
- Update your availability monthly at this link. Put a reminder in your calendar and save this link to your bookmarks.
- If your availability is not current we will move on to another coach.
- Practitioners, we know your businesses work differently, please fill this out to the best of your ability.
- Here are some example notes to help you clarify:
- Open for any needs/no availability this month
- Room for 3 consults this month
- Availability for 1:1 and workshops this month
- Reach out to Melanie Paez ([email protected]) for support.
2. Referrals & Sample Sessions
- When matched, you will receive a sample session request email with client information and pricing (at this point rates are already set with the client).
- Please respond to referrals within 2 business days.
- Email Melanie Paez or the account lead once the sample session is completed.
3. Taking on a new coachee
- When hired, you will receive a New Client Letter outlining the engagement.
- You and the coachee will also receive the Coach-Coachee Agreement to be signed before your first session.
- You will be notified once all agreements have been signed and the client’s invoice has been paid.
4. Payment
- Send an invoice to [email protected] for the agreed upon monthly rate. You will be paid as soon as the client has paid their invoice to TCC.
Follow up with Melanie Paez or the account lead on questions you have or support you need throughout the contract.

Business generation on behalf of The C-Suite Collective™
1. Get to know The C-Suite Collective
- Familiarize yourself with the mission & vision of TCC.
- Get clear on our pricing structure and offerings.
- Ask for training or support from Elena Armijo/Melanie Paez prior to going in if needed.
2. Refer to the Conditions of Satisfaction for Clients to be certain that a client is a good match for TCC
3. Pass the contact off to an account lead
- If you would like to lead this account, follow steps for account lead moving forward.
- If not, partner with Melanie Paez to choose an account lead to move the process forward.
- Set up an introduction call with your referral and their new account lead.
4. Payment
- Send an invoice to [email protected] for your referral fee. Your invoice will be paid once the contract is signed and the first payment has been received.

New Accounts, Negotiations and Contracts
1. Introduction and relationship generation
- Get the support needed to take over the account.
- Participate in introduction call with Client and initial contact.
2. Agreement and negotiation
- Create initial scope of work with TCC and client.
- Partner with Elena Armijo on the co-creation of the agreement before sending the proposal to the client.
- Once the proposal is agreed upon, send the completed “New Client Email Template” to Jolene Van Eeden.
- Jolene Van Eeden will create the contract and invoices to be sent via DocuSign and Quickbooks.
Ensuring the Relationship runs smoothly throughout the Contract
1. Coach/Practitioner pairing
- Work with client to organize Welcome to Coaching with TCC Email/questionnaire distribution amongst coachees.
- Email Melanie Paez with needs for Coach/Practitioner including timing and pricing details.
- Partner with Melanie Paez to match people for sample sessions/consults using their questionnaire answers.
- All coaches on the platform offer sample sessions.
- Reach out directly to the practitioner or to Melanie for support if your client is looking for practitioner engagement.
2. Agreement distribution
- Once a Coach/Practitioner has been hired, work with Jolene Van Eeden to send the Coach/Practitioner a New Client Letter to let them know they have officially been hired and to outline the terms of the contract.
- Also work with Jolene van Eeden to send out Coach-Coachee Agreements to all coahing pairs.
3. Partner with Jolene van Eeden to ensure all contracts are signed and invoices paid prior to starting official sessions.
4. Contract maintenance
- Schedule regular updates with client to track progress.
- Discuss a check-in schedule with your contact at the beginning of a contract to create a cadence that works best for the client based on the duration of the contract (e.g. once a quarter for a year long contract).
5. Manage account
- Partner with Jolene to be sure that all tracking systems, surveys, and client data are kept up to date so that all information is available should someone need to take over for any reason.
6. Continued relationship
- Create plans moving forward to continue the relationship beyond the current agreement.
- Reach out to Elena Armijo or Melanie Paez for support on relationship building and generating new proposals.
REFERRALS VS ACCOUNT LEAD
Choose whether you want to create AND lead an account or if you’ll be passing the account on to a lead once introductions have been made.
If you are interested in creating the account but don’t want to handle the relationship throughout the contract then referrals are for you. Account Leads will hold space for the client and their relationship with TCC throughout the contract and well after.

Non-Company Clients
1. The account lead receives contact and initiates the agreement process between TCC and the client
2. The account lead and Melanie Paez partner to match Coach/Practitioner with client and give introductions for sample sessions
3. Coach/Practitioner's schedule their own sample sessions
4. The account lead checks in with the client once sample sessions are complete
- The Account Lead sends the completed New Client Email Template to Jolene for entry into Airtable and preparations the agreement and invoice
- The Account Lead sends the Welcome to Coaching Email Template ccing Jolene.
- Jolene sends the agreement via DocuSign and the invoice via Quickbooks in conjunction with the Welcome to Coaching email.
5. Once a Coach/Practitioner is selected by the client, the account lead issues them a New Client Letter with the specifics of the agreement.
6. The account lead also sends the Coach-Coachee Agreement to be signed before the first session
7. The Account Lead will inform the C/P when all agreements have been signed and the first invoice has been paid.
