• Prices can be negotiated, this is where we are starting as a company wide stand for rates
• TCC will charge 22% for all fees:
  • 60% Coaches & Facilitators
  • 5% Account Lead
  • 8% Closer Fee
  • 5% or 2.5% Referral Fee

Note on Referral Fee:

- 5% on the first contract, 2.5% thereafter indefinitely, provided the Referrer serves as the Account Lead and/or Closer

- Should the Referrer leave the Collective, they forfeit ongoing fees, even if the client remains with TCC

Workshop Half Day

• 4 hours - 1 facilitator - Half day - $10,000 + travel ($9,000 for virtual)
• 4 hours - 2 facilitators - Half day - $22,000 + travel ($21,000 for virtual)

Workshop Full Day

• 8 hours - 1 facilitator - Full Day - $20,000 + travel ($19,000 for virtual)
• 8 hours - 2 facilitators - Full Day - $41,000 + travel ($40,000 for virtual)

Other Offers

• Virtual - 2 hours - 1 facilitator - $5,000
• Office hours - $650 per hour

Keynotes

• Starting rate is $10,000 + travel

Coaching Rates

• Can be negotiated and dependent on Client
• Proposed monthly coaching rates:
  • Entry Level: $2,500 - $3,500
  • Mid-Level: $3,500 - $4,500
  • Executives: $4,500 - $6,500

Assessments

• 360 Feedback - $6,000 (6 Participants)
• LCP Assessment - $6,000 (10-18 Evaluators)
