She has worked with career military transitioning to civilian roles, white leaders developing anti-racism competencies, executive women finding their voice, and men cultivating their desired family roles. She emphasizes authentic leadership, sustainability, and service.

Her methodology draws from ontology, somatics, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, and racial healing modalities. She incorporates her arts background, viewing coaching as "the latest iteration of a perennial conversation about how human beings engage with life." Formerly based in New York City, she currently resides in California.
