Katherine coaches senior leaders and the teams they hold. She works at the level of the system — the patterns moving through a group, the things being carried and left unsaid, the deeper threads that shape how a team actually performs. Where others tend to the conversation in the room, she senses the one underneath it.

An ICF Master Certified Coach — the field's highest credential, held by a small fraction of coaches — she also holds the ICF's Advanced Certification in Team Coaching, the credential specific to the work she does with leadership teams.

Her work is to make the hard conversations possible — to create the conditions in which a team can say the true things to each other and have them land as care rather than threat. She doesn't push a group toward agreement; she holds the field steady enough that what's real can surface and be worked.
